Emcee 1: Ladies and gentlemen, students,
teachers, and honored guests, a very warm welcome to Gun Ob
Elementary School's Annual Intramural Games!
Emcee 2: We are thrilled to have you all here today as we
come together to celebrate sportsmanship, teamwork, and the
spirit of healthy competition.
Emcee 1: As we begin this grand event, let's honor and
applaud the dedication and hard work of our students who have
come together to participate in our Intramurals 2023.
Emcee 2: Without further ado, let's get the games underway!
Let the Parade of Players commence!
Emcee 1: Our first group marching in today, representing the
youngest members of our school the Kindergarten Level
students!
Emcee 2: They are the future athletes of our school, ready to
showcase their skills and determination.
Emcee 1: And here they come, marching proudly and full of
enthusiasm!
Let's give it up for our Kindergarten Level students, everyone!
Emcee 2: Next up, we have the Grade One Level students!
They're ready to prove that they've got what it takes to be
champions.

Emcee 1: Next group, here they come, with smiles on their

faces and a competitive spirit in their hearts! Let's cheer on our
Grade Two Level students!
Emcee 2: Moving right along, it's time for the Grade Three
Level students to take the court.
 Emcee 1: They've been practicing hard and are eager to
showcase their talents.
Emcee 2: Next up, let's give a warm welcome to our Grade
Four Level students!
Emcee 1: Let's not forget our wonderful Grade Four Level
students, who are here to prove that they are a force to be
reckoned with!
Emcee 2: Join us in welcoming our Grade Five Level
students!
Emcee 1: They are ready to compete with determination and
sportsmanship!

Emcee 2: And last but certainly not least, let's welcome our
Grade Six Level students! Emcee 1: They're here to show their
athletic prowess and school spirit.
Emcee 1: Here they come, our incredible Grade Six Level
students!
Emcee 2: Thank you, players, for gracing us with your
presence today and for being such fantastic representatives of
Gun-ob Elementary School!

PART II. OPENING CEREMONY

Emcee 2: Julie Foudy once said and I quote, “Sports build

good habits, confidence, and discipline. They make players into
community leaders and teach them how to strive for a goal,
handle mistakes, and cherish growth opportunities. “
 Emcee 1: Good morning GES, teachers, students, visitors and
dear parents. Welcome to the much-awaited GUN-OB
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INTRAMURALS 2023.
Emcee 2: To formally start our opening salvo, let us all
dispose ourselves for the Opening Prayer headed by Ms. Analie
T. Umbayan- a Grade 2 teacher and this to be followed by a
Nationalistic Song.
Emcee 1: It is indeed fulfilling to start the day rekindling our
patriotism and hearing the words of God, right?
Emcee 2: To welcome us all and tell the importance of
sportsmanship and unity in the school and what to look forward
in this momentous event, let us all welcome our esteemed and
ever-dynamic school principal, Miss Arlene T. Sumalinog as she
deliver her Opening Remarks.

Emcee 1: Certainly, after hearing the warm and heartfelt

welcome of maam Arlene, everyone is already on the hype! So
Without further ado, let’s get to know the participating teams of
this year’s Intramural Games.
Emcee 2: Ladies and gentlemen, to add some excitement to
our Intramurals 2023, let's meet each grade level along with their
unique cheers!
Emcee 1: Are you ready to feel the energy? Let's get started!
Emcee 1: First up, we have the youngest but definitely one of
the most enthusiastic groups – the Kindergarten students!
Emcee 2: Let's hear it for our little stars!
Emcee 1: Now, let's welcome Grade 1! They might be small,
but their spirit is enormous. Show your love, Grade 1
 Emcee 2: Moving on to Grade 2, our second graders are here
to make some noise! Let's hear your cheer, Grade 2!
Emcee 1: Next up, Grade 3! These students are known for
their enthusiasm. Grade 3, show us what you've got!
Emcee 2: Let's give a warm welcome to Grade 4! They're
ready to bring the heat with their cheer. Grade 4, take it away!

Emcee 1: Moving on to Grade 5, they are known for their

creativity and energy. Let's see what Grade 5 has in store for us!
Emcee 2: And finally, our seniors, Grade 6! They're about to
graduate, but before that, they're going to show us how it's done.
Grade 6, let's hear your cheer!
Emcee 1: Wow! Amazing cheers from all our grade levels.
Give yourselves a round of applause, everyone! The spirit of
unity and sportsmanship is truly alive in Gun-ob Elementary
School.
Emcee 2: Ladies and gentlemen,at this moment we have a
special treat for you! Get ready to be entertained and amazed by
a talented student in Grade 5 as she present an intermission
number that promises to dazzle and delight.
Emcee 1: Without further ado, please give a warm welcome to
Samantha Blaire Y. Pangue.
Emcee 2: Moving on, as we gather here today, let’s witness
the raising of banner for each grade level.
Emcee 1: The banner symbolizes the teamwork and
sportsmanship displayed by our students-athletes. It represents
the unity and spirit of our entire school community. Emcee 2:
May we request the Grade Leaders with the respective Muse and
Prince Charming of each participating team (our Mr. And Miss
Intrams 2023 Candidates) to do the honor in the banner raising.
 Emcee 1: There we have it GES! Congratulations Grade
_____ for being the first team to raise their banner.
Emcee 2: Ladies and gentlemen, athletes, coaches, and
supporters, before we commence the final phase of our
intramural competition, it is essential to remember the true
essence of sportsmanship. We now invite you to participate in
the Oath of Sportsmanship, a pledge that embodies the values of
fair play, respect, and integrity in sports.
Emcee 1: Please stand and join us in reciting the Oath of
Sportsmanship to be led by Samantha Reese A. Neri- a Grade
Three student-athlete.
Emcee 2: And to set ablaze the spirit of camaraderie and
sportsmanship, let us now witness the lighting of the symbolic
flame - a tradition that symbolizes the beginning of competition.
It signifies the passing of the torch of sportsmanship and unity
among our students-athletes.
Emcee 1: We are honored to have our distiguished student-
athlete Jhon Vincent Escasinas to light the torch and mark the
offiicial start of this exciting event!
Emcee 2: With the torch now lit, at his juncture, to officially
kick off our games, please help me in welcoming the person who
have worked tirelessly to make this event possible, our very
enthusiastic Sports Coordinator Mrs. May Rose E. Berin.

Part III
Emcee 2: And to further intensify each and everyone’s grit let
us witness the presentation from our very own Mr. And Miss

board of judges, may we call in our Sports Coordinator Mrs.
