This document outlines the structure and formatting guidelines for writing a research paper. It includes sections for preliminaries like the title page, approval sheet, acknowledgments, abstract, table of contents, and lists of tables and figures. It then describes the typical chapters which include an introduction discussing the background, scope, definitions and statement of the problem. Subsequent chapters cover the literature review, research methodology, presentation and analysis of data, findings and recommendations. Finally, it provides details on formatting aspects like font, spacing, pagination and structuring of chapter titles, subtitles and references.
