PROMISORY NOTE

I, JOMARIE TANGUILAN, an active member of the Philippine National


Police, currently assigned at the SG OFFICE PNP PRO2, Camp Marcelo
Adduru, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, do hereby acknowledge that I failed to
remit the amount of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P289,650.00) Philippine Currency, in favour of Mr.
Michael Mark C. Salomon which became due and demandable in July 16,
2022.

That due to my failure to remit, I promise to pay the said amount without
need of further demand on or before December 30, 2022 including
accumulated interest of 10 percent (10%) commencing from the time I
defaulted (July 16, 2022) until I fully pay (on or before December 30, 2022).
