Why should I choose you over the other candidates?

I’m unique because there is only one of me. I don’t know about the others so I
cannot say I’m better or not, but I like the job, I like your company and I envision
myself contributing uniquely to the goals of the team I will be working with in the
company.
“Describe a Difficult Situation and How You Handled It”
In my previous job, I had to take over a troubled project from a workmate who
had quit. In my first meeting with the customer, he walked into the room yelling.
He was angry about the problems we hadn’t solved yet. I didn’t interrupt him. I
made notes of the issues he raised. When he finished, I told him I was going to
address all complaints. As I asked him questions about each issue, he started to
calm down while giving me more information. I went over the specific actions I
was planning to take and got our top specialists working on the issues. I made
sure to frequently update the customer on my progress. He eventually apologized
for his behavior. It took us one week to solve all problems, but I was able to gain
his trust back in our company.
What are your salary expectations?
I’ve done a research and it indicates that positions like this one pay 10, 000
to 12, 000 and something in that range would be acceptable to me as a starting
salary.
Why are you leaving or have left your job?
My former employer made a significant contribution to my professional
development and acquisition of a new talent, but I am looking for a new challenge
and want to apply my abilities and expertise in a different way than before and I
am willing to do that in your company.
Why do you want this job?
For the reason that I want to be part of your company I want be a part of this
business as it grows and also Working with a team of experts in the field can make
me grow in this field and grow as a professional. It can help me acquire much-
needed abilities to grow in my career.
How do you handle stress and pressure?
I don't like to let stress take over a situation. Instead, I like to stay focused on the task
at hand. For example, if a client isn't happy with our product, instead of dwelling on
it, I like to focus on proactively communicating with them. I like to get to the bottom
of the issue, troubleshoot it, and then find a common ground that'll allow us to move
forward.
What are your goals for the future?
My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to
learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much value as possible
to the team. I love that your company emphasizes professional development
opportunities.
Why should we hire you?
Because I know I can contribute my skill to this company and I'm confident that
the company can also benefit to my skills in so many ways. I have all the skills and
experience listed in the job description, and I know that I can contribute my skill
to this company and I'm confident that the company can also benefit also I can
make an immediate impact on your company.
What is your greatest weakness?
I feel it is critical to reflect on your flaws because you will never be able to
improve them until you take the time to recognize them. My greatest weakness is
definitely taking on too much at once. I enjoy assisting others and have previously
over-committed myself, resulting in a lack of relaxation time. Although it is
rewarding to assist others, it is also important to look for oneself. You will be able
to offer more aid in the long term since you will not be burnt out if you make sure
to leave adequate time to recover and stay healthy.
What is your greatest strength?
My biggest strength is my ability to pay close attention to details. In my work, I've
always been meticulous, and it's something I appreciate. One of the reasons I
applied was because I noted in your job description that this position requires a
lot of detail-oriented work.
