Ankush Sharma created virtual machines on AWS using Terraform and generated dynamic inventory templates. He installed Jenkins on one virtual machine with plugins and configured it with Java, Maven, and Git. Sharma then created Kubernetes master and worker nodes with Docker, integrated a GitHub repo and Docker Hub with Jenkins pipelines, and configured the pipeline script to build images from code and deploy them to the Kubernetes cluster.
