The History
The story of ‘Servis’ begins with a group of friends - young, energetic, fresh from college - who

Planning
For every successful organization planning is a basic tool to achieve their set goals. We can say that
planning is essence for success. So being a successful organization our each matter is planned. If we
do not plan our objectives, there may be different types of problems occurs.
The plan duration may be short run or long run. Our plan duration include both short term and long
term. In short term of period we receive the order from our service sale industry LAHORE. Then we
plan what type of material is required i.e. imported or local and if the raw material is imported then
from which country it is to be imported and what are the ways for import. In this period of time (3
months) we finalize our product and send to our selling center LAHORE.
