Hello Good Morning / Good Afternoon,


Can I speak to (Business Owner First Name) please?
OR May I speak to the business owner please?

(Once the owner on phone)

Hi, my name is Dan & I am calling you from Synergy Finance regarding your business finance. The reason
of my call today as your business has been approved for UNSECURED BUSINESS LOAN without any
COLLATERAL and PERSONAL GURANTEE.

So I believe I am talking to the owner of the business right? (Ask this question to make sure owner is
listening to you)

OK Great! So can you please tell me for how long you are doing this business?
If positive response ……..

(We need to must ask these 4 questions :)


1. May I know how much fund you need for your business?
2. Could you please tell me what would be the MONTHLY gross sales of your business?
3. What is the email /Fax# where I can send a NO COST & NO OBLIGATION Application form?
(note down email/Fax#)
4. If we approve your business within next 2 working days, how soon you would like to receive the
fund?

(Additional question)
5. What would be the purpose for this fund? i.e. Working Capital, Marketing, Business Expansion,
loan pay, buying inventory etc. (they can even take fund against business for personal purpose)
6. Is there any other phone number for you where we can reach you at? (i.e Cell Phone or any
other phone number)
7. (Owner’s First Name) Do you know what your approximate credit score is ? OR even is that fair,
good, Excellent? (Bad credit is also fine with us)
*Please verify Owner’s first & last Name, Business Name, email address/Fax#

Ok I am going to have my Funding Director Call you back as soon as possible at your convenience. It was
pleasure talking to you & I appreciate your business. Thank you and have a successful day ahead!
Qualifying Factor:
1. Minimum MONTHLY Gross sales more than $15,000
2. In business operation more than 6 months
3. Customer must need the fund within next 2 weeks otherwise it’s not a lead. It’s a call back.
4. Need to speak to the Owner, CEO, President or the actual decision maker. Not a branch
manager or gate keeper (front desk, reception etc)
5. For disposition: If it’s a lead generated: DNC, Didn’t talk to decision maker: No Pitch No
price/Call Back etc. Decision maker ask for removing phone number: DNC
6. If Agent’s don’t have any answer let the customer know Funding Director would be the right
person to explain that. Ask for a better call back time & get back to the question agent was.
Common Objections:
 Not Interested: Simply ask them is that something they don’t need the fund OR they don’t like
the rate? If this is rate or some Business Loan related issue move to rebuttals accordingly.
 Rate is too high: Basically there is no interest rate, it’s a flat fee. As because this is UNSECURED
LOAN. Business owner doesn’t need any collateral, personal guarantee. (Who wants to keep as
collateral of high value property or equipment for less dollar amount loan?)
 “I need the fund later on”: I understand you don’t need the fund now but if I can put you in a
batch file I am working on, I can offer you a better deal available in market now.
What is the interest rate?
 There is no interest rate. It works as FLAT FEE. You will be paying a pre-agreed fixed amount for
this Loan. In example if you take $10K you might have to pay $1500-$3000 extra depending on
your CASH FLOW in business, CREDIT SCORE & THE INDUSTRY YOU ARE IN. Basically in
traditional interest based loan you never have a control on pay back because if you miss a
payment your payment installment goes higher and out of your control. BUT the loan we are
offering you will exactly know how much fees you have to pay and nothing more than that.
Again there is NO OBLIGATION & NO COST to get a Free Quotation. Let’s do one thing, I will have
my Funding Director call you back at your preferred time he can let you know the exact numbers
& payback terms. So usually what is a better time to give you a call? (Get the answer & Move to
next question OR transfer to supervisor or TL)
