Statement of Problem:
Performance appraisals provide employees and managers with opportunities todiscuss areas in
which employees excel and those in which employees need improvement. Performance
appraisals should be conducted on a regular basis, and they need not be directly attached to
promotion opportunities. The study was conducted to find out the impact of appraisal on the
