AFFIDAVIT OF ABANDONMENT

I, RAMONA N. SANDOVAL, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of No.


33 Burgos St., Escopa I, Project 4, Quezon City, having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the daughter of common spouses RAMON NAVARRO (died in


1980) and Alegria F. Magleo (died on March 29, 2021).

2. That I am filing for death benefit claims due my deceased mother with the
Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA);

3. That prior to my mother’s relationship with my father, my mother had


formerly cohabited with Eutiquio Catong where their relationship produced
one child Eutiquio Catong Jr. (who is a PWD);

4. That Eutiquio Catong was abandoned my mother and their child Eutiquio Jr
was left under the care and custody of my mother. The reason that Eutioquio
Catong had left the conjugal dwelling, abandoning my mother, it was because
of his philandering act with another women.

5. That when my mother met my father Ramon Navarro, they have been
continuously cohabited, begot their children including the undersigned, until
the latter’s demised in 1980.

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing


facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
