WHEREAS, the amount of Thirty Nine Million Five Hundred Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty Four Pesos and Three Centavos (P39,514,634.03) was certified available for
appropriations;

WHEREAS, after deliberation and verification on the said projects, this Body establishes the
validity of the same;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY DONE to approve the list of projects/programs to be funded

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies hereof be submitted to the Honorable Members of the
Sangguniang Bayan thru the Honorable Adriano R. Carantes Jr., Vice Mayor, for their
favorable
action;

RESOLVED FINALLY that copies hereof be furnished to concerned offices for proper
information.
