Philosophy:
The NDC – Tagum Foundation, Inc. is anchored on the philosophy that man was
created in the image of God. Therefore, the work of education is to nurture the individual
after His divine similitude in order to restore in man the complete blending of the physical,
the mental/ intellectual, the psycho-social, the moral and the spiritual aspects of
development.

Vision:
An institution of learning fully committed to produce physically, mentally, socially
and spiritually developed individuals for the upbuilding of the progressive society and for
the assurance of life that is to come.

Mission:
To establish an excellent academic venue which shall transform the individuals to
become well-balanced and fully-developed citizens through reasonable and legitimate
standards of instruction, research, community involvement and spiritually related
undertakings in the pursuit for meaningful and excellent education.

Goals:
The NDC – Tagum Foundation, Inc. aims:
1. to establish a learning venue that attracts individuals to maximize their potentials in
their quest for excellence in physical, intellectual, social/moral and spiritual developments;
2. to nourish the individuals with the kind of values, attitudes and skills that can prepare
them for more efficient, acceptable and quality service in the society;
3. to produce the kind of graduates who shall serve with utmost devotion, loyalty, integrity
and fidelity; and
4. to enhance the kind of education that is Christ-centered and spiritually lasting.
NEW VISION
To become a premiere institution of learning that empowers the holistic
development of an individual to adapt in the fast changing environment and fully
committed to produce globally competitive individuals equipped with 21st century skills
and good moral character.

NEW MISSION
To provide high quality standard of education which shall produce fully-developed
and dedicated individuals in upholding excellence with integrity in the diverse global
society through professional collaboration, community involvement, spiritual
undertakings, and research that promotes excellence and essential innovation in the
world of work.

NEW GOAL
The NDC-Tagum Foundation Inc., aims:
1. to provide high quality standard of education that will fully-developed the
knowledge, skills, and good moral character of an individual.
2. to produce globally competitive individuals who shall always uphold excellence in
the workplace
3. to empower the holistic development of an individual to easily adapt to the fast
changing society
4. to contribute essential innovation for the improvement of the life of people through
spiritual undertakings, community involvement, and research.
