BOHOL, PHILIPPINES , do hereby name constitute and appoint my mother, LUCY CAL, Filipino, of
legal age, married and likewise a resident of Jimilian, Loboc, Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place, and stead to do the following acts, to wit:

1. To attend seminar at BOHECO 1, Cabulijan, Tubigon, Bohol in connection with


my application of power connection of the same office;

2. To process, apply, and follow-up for a power connection at Boheco-1, with


business address at Cabulijan, Tubigon, Bohol, in my behalf and to sign any and all
documents necessary to be signed in relation to the authority herein given .

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full necessary power
and authority to do and perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could, if personally present and acting
in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in- Fact may also
do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
