Mechanical Technician, (Coil tubing, Cementing, Fracturing)

Responsibility :

o Under general supervision, maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment


including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high pressure
pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, micro processor
controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems,
mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes,
PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment
cabs and controls, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment.
o Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on Halliburton equipment.
Performs inspections required by the company, and government entities.
o Perform troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
o Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed. Job tasks, correctly
performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
o Performs equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and modification with documented
procedures and standards.
o Perform visual inspect equipment to check for proper performance and detect faults and

o Controlling maintenance of vessel/PMS (10 vessel crew boat/ Fast Utility Vessel).
o Perform Vessel Maintenance Inspection (VMI) / visit every vessel minimum 2 time a
year.
o Manage, control, and check inventory list and critical spare part list of vessel continously.
o Check weekly and monthly report, and make action based on report (if any defect or
requisition outstanding).
o Controlling material request from vessel, and coordinating with purchasing team for
procurement of material, and follow up to purchasing team until material / requisition
received on board.
o Controlling and monitoring consumption of fuel oil, lub oil, and consumable parts of
vesel.
o Control and Manage vessel docking planning and budget.
o Prepare, manage, supervise and controlling docking activity of vessel in indonesia or
overseas (2 time docking in India).
o Manage and Controlling technical problem at vessel and arrange repair planning with
vendor / contractor to solve the problem.
o Supervise and perform maintenance, overhaul, and troubleshooting C32 HEUI & ACERT
engine. (Main Engine), Volvo Venta and Perkins (Auxilarry engine/ generator).
o Perform sea trial vessel.
o Organize and manage crew schedule on vessel.

Field Technician

Responsibility :

o Perform Technical Analysis level 1 and Technical Analysis level 2 on caterpillar machine,
and make service report based on Technical Analysis result.
o Provide service report, punch list, spare part ordering & recommendation.
o Perform preventive maintenance on Caterpillar unit (excavator, loader, dozer, engine,
Generator set,etc).
o Perform Pre Delivery Inspection on Caterpillar unit (excavator, loader, dozer, engine,
Generator set,etc).
o Perform maintenance and overhaul on Caterpillar engine (3516, 3512, 3408, C32, C6.4,
C4, etc)
o Perform Repair and Troubleshooting on mechanical system, electrical system, and
hydraulic system problem in heavy equipment.
o Do remove and install, dissasemble and asemble heavy equipment component
(excavator, loader, dozer,etc).
