Hardware are devices that are required to store and execute (or run) the software while
software is a program that enables a computer to perform a specific task.
Hardware is physical in nature. Software is logical in nature.
Hardware can be touched and can be seen. Software cannot be touched or seen.
Hardware will wear out overtime. Software will not wear out overtime
The types of hardware are Input, storage, processing, control, and output devices. The types
of software are System software, Programming software, and Application software.
Examples of hardware :CD-ROM, monitor, printer. Examples of software : Google Chrome,
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
