Enter the username and


password provided in the email
sent to you.

In case you forgot your password, click


the Forgot Password? link at the login
page. Enter your username or email
address and you will get an email with
instructions on how to reset your
password.

For first time users, you will be


asked to change your
password in order to secure
your account.
In order to do this, type the default
password provided to you in the
Current password field and provide a
new password that you will use in the
succeeding fields.

Note:
Please make sure that your new
password must have at least 8
characters which contains at least 1
digit, at least 1 lower case letter and at
least 1 upper case letter.
(example: Password2)

You will now be able to access


the landing page containing
your course.

Click the box under the courses section


 You can take either of the two
options available:

• Download the offline version (for


android users) or,
• Take the online course of the
eConnect

5 Taking the online course in ALEX Installing the offline version

Succeeding lessons are locked not until
you complete the prior lesson. Last Click the view
module will contain the Non-Medical button to start
Authority (NMA) exam.

6 Taking the online course in ALEX Uploading of required certificates upon

the modules and passed the
NMA exam, the exam permit
and certification will be
unlocked.

After completing the


eConnect, you may take the
traditional and variable review
online before taking the IC
exam. To access the course,
just click the ‘Traditional and
Variable Life Insurance Review
Online’ card to proceed to the
first lesson.
Note:
You can always access the Traditional
and Variable Life Review Online even if
you are not yet finish taking the
eConnect course.

Succeeding lessons are locked


not until you complete the
prior lesson (view every page).
To complete a mock exam, you
need to score at least 75% to
unlock the next lesson.

You can answer the mock


exams as may times as you
want until you receive a
passing grade. At the end of
each mock exam, Retake
button will appear or you may
also choose to tick the Start
New Attempt box located at
the screenshot below before
you click Enter.

Once you have completed all


the lessons and passed the
mock exams, you can now
print or save the necessary
permit and certificate to take
the IC exam.

Also, the reviewer section will


be unlocked as well. This is
where the answer sheets and
questionnaires of the mock
exams are located.

Note:
You may choose to download these in
your computer or mobile device so that
you can access them anytime.
