RE: FINAL DEMAND TO PAY
(Re: Acct No. VL-00066) Dear Mr. Sunico: This is to remind you again of your outstanding obligation to our client, FIRST STANDARD FINANCE CORPORATION (FSFC) which has already accumulated to ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (P1, 306, 877 .10) (inclusive of interests and penalties) as of February 15, 2016. A copy of your recent Statement of Account (for Acct No. VL00066) is hereto attached. In view thereof, may we make a demand for you to pay in full your outstanding obligation to our client, within the period of five (5) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action/s against you in court for collection of the abovementioned sum plus the contractual interests and penalties and recovery of damages, legal interests and attorneys fees, to protect the rights and interests of our client FIRST STANDARD FINANCE CORPORATION.
