RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All players must be at least 18 years of age. 2. All players must respect local gaming laws. 3. All players should check their wager confirmation for accuracy before leaving the wagering site. 4. Wagers cannot be altered after the fact - except in the case of obvious human, electronic or mechanical error. 5. Wagers will not be altered or voided prior to the start of an event - except at the discretion of GameTime Ltd. and with the approval of both parties. 6. GameTime Ltd. will keep a record of all results for one month after the conclusion of the sporting event/game. 7. When a line is posted in obvious error, any customer wagers entered to take advantage of the error will be cancelled eg. When the wrong team is posted as the favourite or when a point spread, total or money line is off by a significant amount. 8. GameTime Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any wager prior to its acceptance. 9. Minimum and maximum wagers on sporting events will be determined by GameTime Ltd. 10. All sporting events/games must occur on the date specified. 11. Postponed and suspended games are recorded as void. 12. Ties (pushes) reduce. A tie (push) in a parlay will reduce the number of plays in the parlay eg. If a Pick 4 parlay has 2 ties, then it will become a Pick 2. In the case that a parlay is reduced to zero plays, the entire wager will be cancelled and the wager amount refunded.

13. All propositions must cover for the parlay to be considered a win. The exception is when a tie (push) or ties (pushes) reduce (see Rule 12). If any proposition loses, the entire parlay will be considered a loss. There are no partial payouts. 14. Payouts per dollar staked: Pick 1 pays 1.90 Pick 2 pays 3.60 Pick 3 pays 6.00 Pick 4 pays 12.00 Pick 5 pays 23.00 Pick 6 pays 46.00 Pick 7 pays 91.00 Pick 8 pays 166.00 Pick 9 pays 351.00 Pick 10 pays 701.00 Pick 11 pays 901.00 Pick 12 pays 1501.00 15. Parlays can be mixed with money lines. 16. All soccer matches are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes play plus stoppage time. 17. All baseball games are settled on the result after 9 innings (8 if the home team is ahead). 18. For a baseball wager to be valid, both specified pitchers must start ie. throw the first pitch.

19. Horse racing maximum payouts: Exactas - $2,000 Trifectas - $5,000 Singles, RTCs, Yankees, Super Yankees - $10,000 No Superfecta wagers accepted 20. The maximum payout on golf wagers is $15,000. 21. The minimum wager on a single coupon is $5. 22. The maximum amount allowed on a single (straight) wager is $2,000. 23. The maximum payout per coupon is $25,000 (The exceptions are Horse Racing [Rule 19] and Golf [Rule 20]). It may only exceed $25,000 if it is expressly stated on a wagering coupon. 24. No duplicate wagers/coupons are accepted. 25. Bermuda Government tax of 20% is payable on all wagers. 26. All wagering coupons are valid for one month eg. If wagering coupon is stamped on July 15, it must be claimed on or before August 15. It cannot be claimed on or after August 16. 27. Wagers that are faxed, called-in or e- mailed without the prior permission of GameTime Ltd. will not be accepted. 28. Winnings will be paid by cash or cheque only. GameTime Ltd. will not pay to credit cards or transfer funds to bank accounts. 29. All wagers are subject to GameTime Ltd. rules and regulations. 30. Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages are prohibited at GameTime Ltd.
