Amy Winehouse plays surly set at Lollapalooza

There's a big crowd but songstress seems less than happy at festival

Amy Winehouse drew a huge crowd to her Sunday afternoon set on one of the two main stages at Lollapalooza, but the songstress appeared preoccupied and tired during her set.

Kicking things off 15 minutes late (a rare occurrence at the ever-punctual festival), Winehouse took the stage with a full backing band including a horn section and male back-up dancers.

Dressed in a black-and-white gingham mini-dress, the singer ran through tracks from her latest album ‘Back To Black’ including the title track, Just Friends and ‘Love Is A Losing Game’.

The typically chatty singer said hardly a word between songs aside from introducing her backing band. Even the lively crowd-pleaser ‘Rehab’ failed to excite, as Winehouse seemed eager to get through it quickly.

The crowd also seemed a bit sluggish during the set, which may have been due in part to soaring mid-day temperatures and high humidity.
