From SH 11 in Pittsburg, southeastward via La Fayette to FM 593, a distance of approx. 11.9 miles. (Camp and Upshur Counties) Extended approximately 1.9 miles from La Fayette to FM 593. SS 232 canceled and combined, adding approximately 1.0 mile. Section of approximately 5.1 miles from old SS 232 to Ewell transferred to FM 1975.
