Kasper Schmeichel: Leicester goalkeeper denies asking to leave

Leicester City keeper Kasper Schmeichel insists he has not handed in a transfer request amid further talk of a move to Premier League side Hull City., external
The Tigers, who won promotion last season, have reportedly had at least two bids for the Dane rejected.
Schmeichel, 26, tweeted:, external "Contrary to reports, I have never put a transfer request in and won't be."
Hull boss Steve Bruce is looking for a new keeper after being unable to agree a deal with Fulham for David Stockdale.
The 27-year-old played 24 games while on loan with the club last season.
