I've started this website 8 years ago with the original
aim to capture the digital switchovers all
around the world with the ambition to create an
official Wiki type resource. I soon realized that
Europe in its own right was already a hand full and
as such decided to make an initial start with the UK.
I had worked at Sky and gained my MSc in Digital TV
in the UK and as such knew the industry very well.
At the end of 2010 my wife and I moved to the USA
and since then have been living in Portland Oregon.
My wife works in Cancer Research and we both have
been very successful in our own field.
Due to the nature of our work we've been fortunate
to receive a work visa with the flexibility to work in
the USA, whereby Portland has become home base.
Since arriving in the USA, it has been a privilege to
share knowledge and experience in a different part
of the world. This website can be regarded as a
source of information to highlight the importance of
the Digital Switchover and the benefits of what
Digital TV has to offer.
