The Scholarship Office will be closed beginning December 27 through the 29th, 2011 and will open again on the 3rd of January 2012.
Look out for changes that will take effect this coming school year 2012-2013 including revisions to the current PNSB application form.
MISSION:
Palau National Scholarship Board administers government assistance
for Palauan students seeking post -secondary education and seeks additional
sources of scholarship opportunities to help fill high priority jobs
in the Republic.
The Palau National Scholarship Board is established by 22 PNC to provide
financial assistance to the citizens of the Republic of Palau for education
and training that will enable citizens to fill and perform in jobs needed
in the Republic.
The Board is composed of seven members that are selected according to
the constitutionally prescribed executive appointment/legislative consent
process. The members serve four year terms and are responsible for interpreting
public laws and policies regarding national scholarships, receiving
applications for educational and training financial assistance, and
determining which applicants are awarded financial assistance.
The Palau National Scholarship Board is located in downtown Koror (right across the
Ministry of Education building). The office is open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on Monday-Friday except on national holidays.
