the maidens hotel offers fantastic service! staff truly went above and beyond, especially monika at the front desk. breakfast had a delightful array including fresh juices, omelettes, and dosa. the peaceful garden area is perfect for unwinding after a day in the city!

no gym available and pool hours could improve. 😔

I appreciated the colonial charm with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating for dining. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally attentive, making my stay quite pleasant.

However, I did notice some areas that needed better maintenance.

the reception staff woudl ve been more helpful if they actually knew something. also, my room didn’t have that fancy view i dreamt of, just a dreary wall. and can we talk about the gym? limited weights! after all this, it’s truly shocking i wasn’t offered an upgrade or some sneaky complimentary gesture. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

The pool area could use more sun loungers to avoid competition!!! The formal restaurant felt a bit empty at times, lacking atmosphere!!! Well-lit outdoor dining would enhance the overall experience at night!!! The distance from major attractions could be a hassle!!!

The staff went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed, which felt like they truly care. And the room was so spacious that we felt like we were living in a little apartment, perfect for our family getaway.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but worth the splurge for sure.

Man, the service here was mad nice, fr. Staff greeted us with ah-mazing hospitality and even sent me a lil’ cake for my birthday! The breakfast? So many choices, I was livin’! Rooms got all the comforts. Just wish the pool had a few more loungers, ya know?

I absolutely loved my recent stay! The food was phenomenal, especially the aloo paratha. The serene gardens were even more beautiful than the photos. However, the pool area is smaller than I expected. I'd definitely choose this place again!
