Maca is at the end of her pregnancy. She has a revision and doesn't want Esther, who asks her wife to stop working, to know about it. Teresa's daughter-in-law is also in the countdown to giving birth. Aimé tries to help Nerea, who reminds him of his dead daughter Nuria; still grieving over her and Mari Ángeles, she has problems with the pills. Nerea has a negative attitude toward her illness, but Carlos helps her realize her dream of meeting singer Julieta Venegas. Carlos and Laura have decided to live together and are working out the details. Héctor continues his relationship with Gabriela, who has good news for her father Dávila: Begoña has retired the charge against him. An old university friend of Laura's arrives at the hospital in strange circumstances.
