ZHU, the electronic artist Steven Zhu, and Tame Impala have new music on the way. Earlier this month, the producer teased a potential collaboration with a tweet reading, “TameImpalaxzhu???” As Billboard reports, he performed at last night’s launch party for electronic dance music label Liquid State where he announced his forthcoming work with the Australian band. Billboard Dance has also confirmed the collaboration with Zhu’s management. Pitchfork has reached out to representatives for ZHU and Tame Impala for further information.

ZHU released his debut studio album Generationwhy in 2016. Along with the electronic artist, Tame Impala are also collaborating with Mark Ronson and SZA—the singer-songwriter herself discussed their album in an interview. Their last release was 2015’s Currents.
