Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Use mobile device or mobile emulation in your browser
- Ensure that you have "Expand all sections" turned off in your mobile options
- Go to: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia?useparsoid=0
- Go to: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia?useparsoid=1
What happens?:
Page parsed with Parsoid has its sections expanded, even though the user preference says the opposite. This setting is honoured by the legacy parser.
What should have happened instead?:
Both parsers should emit page with sections collapsed if the user chooses so.
