ਸਿਚੀਲੀਆ (Italian: Sicilia [siˈtʃiːlja]) ਭੂ-ਮੱਧ ਸਾਗਰ ਵਿਚਲਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਟਾਪੂ ਹੈ; ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਟਾਪੂਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਇਹ ਇਟਲੀ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਖੇਤਰ Regione Siciliana (ਸਿਚੀਲੀਆਈ ਖੇਤਰ) ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
