It is without doubt that volunteers from small language communities like Fulfulde Wikipedia and especially women find it challenging to muster the courage to participate in campaigns and other activities that involve international collaborations. This is because the editors lack confidence or feel insecure mingling around with other individuals from other communities, while sometimes it is because that these members of minority groups or small languages have a misconception that certain activities and campaigns are meant only for bigger or majority groups and that they can bring it to their home wiki communities. This is one of the challenges I am trying to solve by changing the thinking dynamics of my fellow women in the Fulfulde community to understand that even small communities have equal opportunities to participate in any of the Wikimedia movement's campaigns and such are opportunities to enrich Fulfulde Wikipedia with well formed and sourced information.
The second challenge I am hoping to address through this campaign is the fact that Women’s knowledge and contributions to the world are invisible in many ways. When I look at Nigerian women’s invisibility I found out that only 25.827% of Wikipedia biographies related to Nigerian people represent women as can be seen here. Also, on Wikimedia Commons only 21.251% of the contents represent women which also proves the fact that many biographies of important and influential women don’t exist or are incomplete.
On Fulfulde Wikipedia, more often than not, women's biographies don’t have images. This is why I see it deem fit to make this effort of organizing VisibleWikiWomen Campaign in other to change this narrative. I believe women's voices and efforts matters a lot when it comes to topics related to women.

I planned to carry out a two days awareness campaigns amongst women to promote Visibible Wiki Women Campaign and let them know about the project goals and activities. This would help in recruiting likeminded individuals that have the passion for such activities. Following that, I will lead the way to organize an edit-a-thon to train them on how to contribute contents especially on Wikimedia Commons, Fulfulde Wikipedia and Wikidata. The activities would go on like this:
- Awareness: the first two (2) days will be for the awareness campaign
- Editathon/Training: on the the first workshop day, the participants would be introduce to WIkimedia Commons and Fulfulde Wikipedia. On the second training day, the participants will be introduce to Wikidata and some revisions will be made on Wikipedia especially linking images to articles and this is to ensure that the images uploaded are properly used and provided to their respective articles as this is one of the major goals of the project. While in the mid of the project another session will be organize to retrain the participants to highlight and correct all possible errors and mistakes observe from the contents which the participants made during the time they were contributing.
- Retention: by the end of the activity, all the participants would be introduced to Fulfulde Wikimedians Community group to meet other community members for retention.

- Musaddam Idriss, is my community leader and a long term Wikimedia volunteer. He is a well experienced organizer and coordinator of similar projects. He would be in my team to help me coordinate and plan the activities in accordance with the project period and in areas I may find some difficulties.
- Harandee. is my fellow female colleague from Wikimedia Fulfulde Community and have been playing roles in the previously organized project.
- . Ahmerd Adam is also part of the experienced editors we have in the community. He would help will online communications and technical support during the physical trainings.
- . Hajjare; myself have been a facilitator in the Thematic Weeks Project and Wikidata Workshop organized by Wikimedia Fulfulde Community. I have serve the role of welfare and maintain the tracks of participants' activities during both the projects. I led a similar project and was a huge success.

The target participants are women who have interest for volunteer works, knowledge of internet space and also have passion for writing as a hobby or helping the humanity. They could be of various age group, the only requirement is the passion and ability to read and write in Fulfulde language.

I expressed my intent to organize this event in the prospective community group of Fula editors on WhatsApp and also informed my community leaders. Some of them are even attach to the project as facilitators in order to help make the smooth implementation of the activities and to help the participants learn from their wealth of experience.
