• Delete His food business may be notable, but he has no notability without it, so maybe we should have an article on that business, but clearly not on him.John Pack Lambert (talk) 12:08, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
• Delete - While the subject is mentioned in a number of WP:RS, their notability seems to be tangential at best. Most of the sources cited are either focuses on Fakahany's businesses/awards (all of which fail Wikipedia's redlink test for notable awards) or contain WP:PRIMARY information. In addition, none of the sources seem to put forward a credible claim to show how the subject is individually different and encyclopedic notable when compared to other, similar businesspeople (WP:MILL). Couple this with the likely WP:UDP/WP:NOTPROMO activity surrounding this article and delete is point I am reaching. SamHolt6 (talk) 12:35, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
• Comment It seems to me that a person who is the owner and CEO of a global company, and had previously been the COO of Merrill Lynch, would most likely be notable, although those do not alone guarantee notability. I have not yet done a WP:BEFORE search on this person. The nominator does nor mention the results of any BEFORE search. I wonder what, if anything, was found. • comment @DESiegel: the nominator looks like habitual and his all contributions are to delete the pages. I am dumb, user:DGG is dumb who accepted the page to main space but nominator knows everything because he made 10K edits and damaged thousands of pages. With this speed only a few pages will be left.   • JK.Kite The article is at best borderline acceptable as it stands, the nomination is correct in that much. If you think it should be kept, the best way is to find additional quality sources and point them out. If you think that the nominator has been abusing the AfD process, this can be reported at WP:ANI, otherwise don't cast WP:ASPERSIONS, please.   • Melody_Concerto It was tagged with G11, and that was declined, by me, before this nomination. See the history. I stand by my view that it is not a G11. And neither WP:Notable, WP:NPOV, nor WP:PAID are valid reasons for speedy deletion. WP:PAID is not, in fact, a valid reason for deletion at all. • Keep I have added sources, and will be adding more. In my view this already passews the GNG. The article currently has 2 NY Times articles, 1 Forbes (albeit by a contributor, so of less value), 1 Inc.com article, 1 Business Insider, and several others, for a current total of 20 citations. • Weak keep per WP:SIGCOV, WP:BARE, and WP:HEY, based on at least one Times article entirely about him, as well as other sources. However, it still needs a lot of work, so I would not oppose userfication. Bearian (talk) 20:49, 17 August 2020 (UTC)

• Keep Contrary to some of the view above, I don't see that his involvement in food business meets the threshold of notability, but his role as one of the major "perpetrators" of the financial crisis is very clear and well-documented by the Times and other sources. • Comment. Per the essay WP:THREEREFS, it'd be best to have three sources with three green checkmarks each. Dear @DESiegel: If a source doesn't meet WP:SIGCOV, why mention it in an AfD discussion?
