Some images are from Waltz's personal accounts (michaelgwaltz on Twitter and MichaelWaltzForCongress on FB), which are not under PD-USGov. The Sabatini one is from a news website. Previously had {{Npd}} templates before being reverted because they're. "sourced from subject government social media", for which they're not. User also uses my examples from Commons:Deletion requests/File:Tim Scott and Scott Bessent.jpg, even though they're from personal accounts.
