According to the first source from the ''Houston Chronicle'', it states: '''including time in Lake Jackson, where Selena was born''', it does specify that she was born at Freeport Community Hospital. However, it does not state that she was born in Freeport, Texas, but in Lake Jackson. There was a hospital, formerly known as [https://mychn.org/locations/freeport-community-health-center/ Freeport Community Hospital], located in Lake Jackson, which might explain the confusion. In any case, two sources (which contradict each other since the second source states she was born in Freeport, Texas, while the first states she was born in Lake Jackson, Texas) are not sufficient to meet the [[WP:Fringe theories|guidelines against fringe theories]].
