1. Very obvious copyright violation. Captain America's shield is copyrighted by Marvel Comics. The "PD-ineligible" claim is clearly BS.
2. This file was created by a user who was indefinitely banned for disruptive behavior years ago. This image should be removed ASAP as Commons is not a hosting service for trolls, sockpuppeteers and serial copyright violators. AshFriday (talk) 07:41, 3 April 2019 (UTC)
- Also: virtually all of the user's so-called "artwork" was deleted by universal consensus. According to the history, this file was uploaded after the indefinite block, making it a candidate for immediate deletion. AshFriday (talk) 07:48, 3 April 2019 (UTC)

- Keep it's widley in use and license is valid, even if the uploader has bad history. If you must remove the upload, you could produce a new copy and list this for replacement.--BevinKacon (talk) 14:26, 31 August 2019 (UTC)
