Lady GaGa will allegedly make 'The Edge of Glory' the third official single to be taken from her upcoming second studio album.
The 25-year-old performer released the track as a promotional single on Monday evening in a bid to give fans a taster of what is to come on her new album Born This Way, which is due to be available on May 23.
However, the singer-songwriter has reportedly decided to make the track an official single after it topped the iTunes charts in the US and UK as well as many other territories.
Online reports suggest the single will be released to US radio on May 17, a day after GaGa will release another promotional track titled 'Hair'.
The 'Judas' star will play Radio 1's Big Weekend this Sunday, with reports suggesting that she is planning to throw a Cockney party backstage at the event.
