Rushden and Diamonds have sacked boss Graham Westley after Saturday's 2-2 draw at Aldershot.
Former Farnborough and Stevenage manager Westley was only appointed as Paul Hart's successor on 18 December.
In a statement, the club said Westley had been "relieved of his duties with immediate effect" and thanked him for his efforts at Nene Park.
"The club have decided performances and squad selection do not fit in with its long-term plan," it added.
"The club wishes to make no further comment and the search for a successor to Graham will start immediately."
Rushden are currently 12th in the 24-team Conference National.
