The delegates also reached agreement on more technical matters: the development of guidelines on risk assessment and risk management; real implementation of the decisions adopted at MOP3 on handling, transport, packaging and identification of products (Article 18 of the protocol); guidelines for the compliance committee; funding of capacity-building initiatives; the Biosafety Clearing House; socioeconomic considerations and subsidiary bodies under the protocol.
