be fleet of foot

To be fast on one's feet, as while running or walking. I'm not the most fleet of foot, so I probably shouldn't be in the relay race. Did you know that the wildebeest can run as fast as a lion? For such a large animal, it is shockingly fleet of foot. Because I'm not very fleet of foot, Coach had one of the other guys run for me once I got on base.
