Sassa said the Foreign and Treasury ministries as well as other offices that will retain their names or functions will have no problems, but that problems will exist in the consolidated ones, adding no rationalization or easing of regulations will be carried out.

'During the fourth quarter we struggled a little bit and I knew our offense wasn't working well,' said Sassa. 'So I told my players something but Ryuichi has his own mind and he got his own shot so liked the situation.'
