In 2015, the Xp 44 won ORR Division II in the Marblehead to Halifax Ocean Race and
PHRF Division 7 in the Long Island Regatta.
The yacht took overall line honours, and the series win on both
PHRF and IRC.
Sailors were greeted on the docks with a brisk northerly, but it didn't hold steady throughout the day, resulting in another "glass-off" (as Madden called it) for boats in the ORR class and three
PHRF classes sailing Navigators Courses in northern Narragansett Ray.
Only two boats completed the course in
PHRF Division 2, Bad Habits (Barry Thompson) winning from Wistari which, as the only finisher, collected first place in the Veterans Division.
Auckland to Noumea race, winning every division (IRC, ORG and
PHRF).
She then sailed to New Zealand to compete in the Auckland to Noumea race, where Limit and her crew won line honours and every division (IRC, ORC and
PHRF) in a very slow race.

Lion New Zealand, skippered by William Goodfellow from Kawau Island Yacht Club, took out
PHRF honours with Bullrush a mere 10 minutes out on corrected time, third place going to Wild Card entered by Ray and Andrew Lodge from Kerikeri Cruising Club.
