Satellites: | Sentinel-6A |
Subject: | ground-segment-anomaly |
Impact: | data-degraded |
Detail: | The wet tropospheric correction derived from the microwave radiometer on Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich as available on the Sentinel-6 Level-2 altimetry and microwave products shows a drift of approximately 5 mm in the last 3 months compared to modelled data from ECMWF. This means a degraded performance predominantly for NTC products where stability requirements are tighter. |
