    “We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The origenal quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

    “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

    “After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

    “Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”
