Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed 
as oil. The 23.4 nm long anomaly trails and is connected to what is believed 
to be a ship moving SE. The anomaly had a strong contrast to the surroundings 
and had a wider patch at its distal end that was particularly anomalous;
 it did not appear to be ship wake. Winds were 10-15 kt from the SE in 
the vicinity of the anomaly at the time of the image.

Uncertainties:
Since the anomaly does not widen with distance as typically seen in bilge 
dumping cases, we give a Medium-High instead of High confidence that it 
is related to oil.
