I have been working with Ziff Davis for over 7 years where I started my career as a front end developer for PCMag.com. I have advanced in my career here and was recently promoted to Engineering Manager. It’s a great place to work and improve your skills, and management encourages you to learn new technologies every day. Working at AskMen has been unlike an experience I’ve had in my professional career. I still remember my first day. The team applauded when I walked into my first editorial meeting. That’s just how welcoming everyone was. I’ve worked in the New York office for more than two years now. My position has constantly been evolving, which has been a great opportunity for me to learn. We have a small team and there’s a feeling of family here, even with much of AskMen’s edit staff based in Montreal. It’s really a unique place to work.

It has been an exciting one and half years working at Ookla. I love that we are a very unique company in which every employee has ownership and passion for what they do, and the impact it has on our products and business. I was empowered and trusted by my manager and team to drive results from day one, and have had incredibly rewarding experiences since. Every day, I happily start my work day knowing that I will learn new things, face new challenges and continue to grow. It’s a pure delight to work with a group of smart and fun people who have enriched me both personally and professionally.

I’ve been working in the London office for seven years and no two days have ever been alike. My role has continued to grow as I continue to learn, experience and work with new areas of the business almost daily. Most importantly, however, is that my career is progressing at lightning speed and I’m having a huge amount of fun as it does.

emedia is home, when I was exploring my next career opportunity I knew I was looking for somewhere I could call home. Somewhere I could not only make money but also grow both personally and professionally. I have been with emedia for the past year and a half and I can say without a doubt I’ve found my home. Every day presents a new opportunity and challenge; there’s never a dull moment. Not everyone can say they enjoy coming to work every day, but I’m glad I finally can.

I get to come to the office every day and work in a lab surrounded by the latest technology, some of which the rest of the world hasn’t even seen yet. The team takes testing and reviewing tech seriously, but knows how to have fun while doing it. From our spirited morning news meetings to daily video shows, there’s always a feeling of excitement and camaraderie at PCMag.

I’ve been working for Offers.com for nearly six years, and it’s been amazing to watch this company evolve and grow into a leader in our space. The brilliant people I’ve met, exciting experiences I’ve had in my role, and unexpected things I’ve learned along the way have provided me a work environment I get excited to be a part of every day. Things are ever-changing which makes this company an inspiring place to work. Can’t wait to see what our team accomplishes next!

I like working at emedia because of the people. Everyone is super helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need to do your job. We’re a close-knit little group here and it shows; everyone wants to see everyone flourish.

Every day is different as a writer at PCMag.com and that’s what has made me love each one for the six years I’ve been here. I get to write about social issues, interview actors and directors, attend New York Fashion Week, and experience technology before it becomes available. There is no other job that could fit so closely with my interests in life and still continue to inspire me every day like this one does.
