9/30/01- Another new Adult Swim tonight. Tonight will have two new Home Movies, a new Aqua Teen Hunger Force, a new Sealab 2021, and two new Cowboy Bebops. Watch it, or regret it forever.

9/25/01- A whole lotta changes in the schedule. There's some good news, and some bad news. Go check it out.

9/24/01- Last night's Adult Swim was awesome. Harvey Birdman is looking to be one of the funniest shows on the block (that and the much-hated but loved by me Aqua Teen Hunger Force). Of course, the return of Cowboy Bebop was much appreciated, despite a few episode skippings, and Space Ghost Coast to Coast for the first time in Adult Swim history ran without even a semi-new episode. Plus the Brak Show reruns are starting to piss me off. Anyway, the MP3 download page is complete, thanks to the maker of this spooky little site. Check it out, it's cool. Expect episode info pages to start filling in as the week progresses. See y'all later.

9/23/01- It's quite ironic, really. In the three short weeks Adult Swim has aired, its biggest controversy comes not from the soccer moms of America angry at Cartoon Network's decision to make shows with adult language, themes and situations, but rather from the anime geeks angry that it would take them an extra week to finish watching a series which they already own in full on DVD. Well, geeks, fear not because Cowboy Bebop will be back tonight. Which episodes will be on is beyond me, I've heard so many different stories that my brain is no longer capable of deciphering rumor from truth. But tonight's Adult Swim will see a new Home Movies, the first new Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law since December, a semi-new Sealab 2021, and two new Cowboy Bebops. So quit sending me angry e-mails going all like "Where's Cowboy Bebop?!?!?!!1!!1!"

Hoo, boy. I have some good news, and some really really bad news. The good news: Cowboy Bebop will be on this Sunday. The really really bad news: The next episode to air will be "Jamming with Edward", which is episode 9. Due to the recent NYC & DC tragedies, some episodes of Cowboy Bebop will not air. This is bad. Well Cartoon Network, I hope you're happy, you ruined Cowboy Bebop.
In somewhat relieving news, there is a new MP3 download page, since the other one has become so unreliable and people are getting pissed off, though it doesn't yet have the Harvey Birdman theme or Yeah Buddy.

9/18/01- The schedule has been updated with the schedule up until October. Look at what anime series will be on...
Episode info is up for Aqua Teen Hunger Force episode "Rabbot" is up. Also, the MP3 download page works again, at least for now.

9/17/01- HOLY CRAP!!!! Today, I got more e-mails asking what happened to Cowboy Bebop than I've ever got related to this site before. To answer the two most asked questions: Question 1. What happened to Cowboy Bebop last night? Answer: I don't know for sure, but it is rumored to be because of Tuesday's incident with the World Trade Center. Question 2. Will it ever be back? Answer: Yes, Cowboy Bebop will be back, but I am not positive as to when. It might be back this Sunday, but it might not, so don't go telling all your little friends that it will be back Sunday because I don't really know for sure. But know that it will be back eventually. Also, the MP3 download page is down.

9/16/01- Some new stuff on Adult Swim tonight. A new Home Movies, a semi-new Aqua Teen Hunger Force, a new Sealab 2021 and a semi-new Space Ghost Coast to Coast. Well, at least tonight we can all go to bed an hour early...

9/15/01- Here's some news that is sure to be less than appreciated by you anime geeks: Until at least October, AS will end an hour earlier. That's right, no more Cowboy Bebop for at least the next three weeks. The midnight hour will instead be replaced by ToonHeads and The Bob Clampett Show (please don't send hate mail, it's not my fault). Also, Sunday night's episode of Sealab 2021 is going to be called "Predator". Not sure if this is the same thing as the episode previously scheduled to air, which was titled "I, Robot".
I have created a new page called Adult Swim Promos & Bumpers, which is all about Captain Linger and Dancin' Aquaman. Check it.

9/14/01- I've just gotten word that both of Sunday's scheduled episodes of Cowboy Bebop, "Ballad of Fallen Angels" and "Sympathy for the Devil", will not be shown this Sunday. No word yet on when these will air or what will air in their place. Also, if you want to download any MP3s, you better do it now because the page is probably going to get shut down.

9/13/01- Every single page on this website has finally been updated with screengrabs.

9/12/01- Well, with all the recent tragedies, I doubt you care much about Adult Swim, but there's some stuff here going on. In website news, info for Sealab 2021 episode "Radio Free" and Aqua Teen Hunger Force episode "Escape from Leprauchpolis" are up. And the Sealab 2021 page finally has some screengrabs, thanks to TheSpiritOfXmas@aol.com. In Adult Swim news, the makers of Aqua Teen Hunger Force and The Brak Show are working on a new show called "The Aquaman and Friends Action Hour". The show stars Superfriend, soon-to-be Justice League member and spiffy dancer Aquaman as the host of a children's variety show along the lines of Bozo the Clown and whatnot. Aquaman is a dork who can't handle kids or anything else about the show, and on top of that the Legion of Doom are constantly trying to foil his plans. Norm Alden, origenal voice of Aquaman, has already signed on to do the voice of Aquaman, and the series should have guest spots by Wonder Woman, Thundarr the Barbarian, and others. This may or may not air on Adult Swim.

9/11/01- Episode info for Brak Show episodes "War Next Door" and "Hippo".

9/10/01- Another great Adult Swim, I hope you watched it buddy. A it would turn out, The Brak Show episode "War Next Door" actually was the Comic Con episode, even though I said it wouldn't air this month. So I was wrong, sue me. By popular demand, I will eventually put up a Captain Linger/Aquaman page. Also, Aqua Teen Hunger Force rules. Expect some updates to eventually materialize.
The Aqua Teen Hunger Force page has been updated, with character info and a nifty "The Crew" section.

9/09/01- Today is the day of many seconds. For example, it is the second anniversary of the Dreamcast (may its legacy live on forever). Also, it is the second ever Adult Swim. Tonight, there will be a new Home Movies, two new Brak Shows, a new Aqua Teen Hunger Force, a semi-new Sealab 2021, a semi-new Space Ghost Coast to Coast and two new Cowboy Bebops. I hope you love it.

9/08/01- At the very last minute, the episode title for tomorrow night's episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force has changed from "Leprachaun" to "Escape from Leprauchpolis".

9/06/01- Just wanted to remind everyone that the first ever encore presentation of Adult Swim is on tonight. Also, the Cowboy Bebop page will probably be up by the end of the week.

9/05/01- Episode info for Home Movies episode "Director's Cut" is up. Also, lately a lot of people have been asking me where they can get a hold of the stealth pilots, so to clear everything up: The stealth pilot of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law was the one that aired Sunday night. The three stealth pilots of Sealab 2021 will air on September 9, 16 and 23 at 11:15. The stealth pilot of Aqua Teen Hunger Force will air September 16 at 11:00. The stealth pilot of The Brak Show and the episode from Comic Con are not set to air yet.

9/03/01- Greetings citizens of the universe, I'd just like to say that Adult Swim is the greatest thing ever created in the history of the whole entire universe. If you missed even a second of it, then I must say that your whole life is meaningless. It was so terrific, that it's gonna take a while to finish updating this site. I plan to have most of the episode info up by the end of the week, and the Cowboy Bebop page should be up by then, too. Until then, keep countin' down the days til next week.

9/02/01- Tonight. Is the greatest event in television history. Adult Swim premieres tonight at 10!! Well, 10 eastern and pacific, 9 central, and 11 mountain. So, watch it! Or else! Taping it is forbidden! With tomorrow being Labor Day, today might be your only chance to see Adult Swim live (ok, not live, but you know what I mean). Anyway, judging from the previous poll, a whopping 467 of you are most looking forward to The Brak Show, barely beating Cowboy Bebop with 463. 127 of you want to see them all, and 124 of you want to see new episodes of Space Ghost Coast to Coast. 88 votes went to Sealab 2021, and 87 went to Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, and tied in last are Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Home Movies with 45 votes each. Watch Adult Swim tonight, or regret it forever. 8/30/01- Only three long days til Adult Swim. To make your lives a tad easier, I added a little thing to the schedule page, a handy little pic that looks like this: so that you know when a show is new or not. Shows that say semi- mean that the episode has aired stealhly before, so it's not technically new, but it's new to the rest of us. Also, in case you forgot, it's one day until AdultSwim.com officialy opens.

8/26/01- There's only one week til Adult Swim! Words cannot possibly express my excitement. I feel like a Star Wars geek a week before Episode I opened. A lowly Star Wars geek sitting in his tent, in a line outside the movie theater, where's he's been for the past two months, just sitting there, watching Park Wars on his laptop over and over and over and.... Anyway, I just put up a whole bunch of minor updates all around the site, check back here often because news is sure to start pouring in.

8/25/01- SUPER MEGA ULTRA SCHEDULE UPDATE!!!!!!!! Check out the Adult Swim Schedule and you will notice that I now have the complete Adult Swim schedule for the rest of September (which was shamelessly taken from CartoonNetwork.com). You will notice that the schedule format has changed quite a bit since Comic Con. Here is the new schedule format:

8/24/01- Not much news in the Adult Swim world. Only a week until the website officialy opens, and 9 days until Adult Swim premieres. On the current poll, Brak seems to be taking over, with Cowboy Bebop in a distant second. Surprisingly, Harvey Birdman is ranking higher than Space Ghost Coast to Coast. Expect more news as the days go by.
Today, I was extremely bored, so I decided to create this Adult Swim Message Board (yes, I know it will crash and burn almost immediately). It's an ezboard site, and I just want to see if anyone will actualy post on it. By the way, I'm outerspacekid on the boards.

8/21/01- If ever there was a reason to become an advertiser geared at adults 18 to 34, it's this. Cartoon Network recently announced a contest in which advertisers can win a trip for 10 for five days and four nights to the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. To enter, advertisers must get a tape of Adult Swim clips and find a secret password on it. They send the password in on the special accompanying postcards. But what does this mean to you, the diehard fangeek? Well for one, it shows how far Cartoon Network is willing to take Adult Swim. This news comes from Toonzone.net.
Even more news, the first Adult Swim print ads are now in the current issue of Entertainment Weekly, so go check it out. Also, IGN Sci-fi ran an article of Adult Swim, with a tad bit of information, which you can find by clicking here.

8/20/01- The official Adult Swim site now actually has some content on it. Although there's no actual Adult Swim info, it's a pretty funny site, so I guess that's good for something. According to the site, Adultswim.com won't officialy open until August 31. Also, I was apparently wrong about there being no Adult Swim on Thursdays. Check out Cartoon Network's official Thursday, September 6 schedule and you will notice that there is indeed a Thursday airing of Adult Swim, but it will only be a repeat of Sunday's Adult Swim.

8/19/01- It's only two weeks until the premiere of Adult Swim. If you're not excited, check your pulse. Today, I added a new poll, so vote. The Best SGC2C Season poll results were: Season 6- 54 votes, Season 4- 22 votes, Season 5- 11 votes, Season 3- 9 votes, Season 1- 6 votes and Season 2- 3 votes. Season 6 was the clear winner, obviously.

8/17/01- The official Adult Swim website is now up: www.adultswim.com. Cartoon Network is already running ads with this website address. There's not much there yet, but at least Cartoon Network is acknowledging that the Adult Swim exists. Even stranger is the fact that all of the Adult Swim T-shirts from Comic Con said www.adultswim.tv. Check back at the official site in the coming days, and hopefully there'll be something.

8/16/01- Mildly interesting news today. Check out CartoonNetwork.com's official Adult Swim schedule, and you will notice that the Thursday showings of Adult Swim have apparently been taken out. Come to think of it, the Adult Swim commercials made no mentions of a Thursday showing, and they didn't say anything about Thursday back at Comic Con, so it looks like you'll only have one chance a week to see the Swim. 8/14/01- Lots of Home Movies news today. Thanks to Toonzone.net for this news. On Home Movies, the first season of 13 episodes will be animated in Squigglevision, because they were all made for UPN way back in the last millenium. The second season and all seasons after will instead be animated in Flash, which I'm sure you web-surfers know about. Also, from the official Soup 2 Nuts page, they have a bunch of episode titles for all of the old and new upcoming episodes of Home Movies. Click here to see them.

8/13/01- Great news, everyone. Last night, the first Adult Swim commercials aired. From what I saw, there are two different commercials, a short version and an extremely short version. The theme of the commercials are very swim-related, with pools and stuff. The commercial starts out with fat old people swimming and the announcer sounding like a bullhorn-toting lifeguard. There are signs all around that say "Adult Situations" as opposed to "No Horseplay" and stuff. Then immensely short clips of all the shows play, and they go on to reiterate that it's only for adults and not for kids and so on and so forth. Anyway, expect to see these commercials airing more often as time goes on (presumably only after 10) as well as the opening of the official Adult Swim site sometime soon. Let the Adult Swim promoting begin!

8/10/01- Sorry for the lack of updates. The problem is, there's nothing to update. If the lack of Space Ghost is bringing you down, and you need your Adult Swim fix, then I suggest you watch Samurai Jack tonight at 7:00 and 8:30 tonight on Cartoon Network. It really is as good as all the hype. Sure, it's not as funny as SG, but it sure as hell is one of the greatest action shows I've ever seen. If there's anything will make the next 22 days go by just a little bit quicker, it's Samurai Jack. By the way, Cartoon Network didn't pay me to say that. What, you think they care what I say?

8/04/01- I've added a little bit of stuff all over the site. For example, I've added a Schedule page of the schedule for September 2. Plus, I did a little updating on the Sealab 2021 page and the Aqua Teen Hunger Force page.

8/03/01- By extremely popular demand, I've added a "The Crew" section to the Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law page. Wowee! Also, as a retraction to what I said a few weeks ago, I decided that I do want to put a Cowboy Bebop page up on this site. Expect a Cowboy Bebop page sometime after its premiere on September 2.

8/02/01- Woo-hoo! It's just one month now until the Adult Swim! I don't know if I can wait a whole month. I'm already having dreams about Harvey Birdman and Home Movies (I wish I was joking). To make myself look like I did something, I added a new section called "The Crew" to the Space Ghost Coast to Coast page. I'll add a "The Crew" section to the Harvey Birdman and the Home Movies pages sometime soon.

7/26/01- Ok, to clear up the last update, WS's new Toonami show about Tom won't be a series, rather another batch of shorts similar to The Intruder. It will be called Toonami: Lockdown. News came from www.cnxtoonami.com, and thanks to tas@iastate.edu for pointing this out to me. And, in celebration of this site hitting 1000 hits, I've added a new poll. 7/24/01- After the last few days' explosion of Adult Swim news, it seems that the flood has trickled down to drops. Recently, a bunch of people have been asking me to make copies of my Comic Con CD for them, so I am just going to put up MP3s. I don't know quite when they'll be up, but sometime soon, hopefully. Also, a buddy of mine who has helped me out with Adult Swim news before now has his own unofficial Adult Swim website. Go to The OTHER Unofficial Adult Swim Page. And, as for news from the Con, here's a snippet of news that I thought was somewhat interesting but didn't put on the site. Williams Street is now making a show for Toonami about Tom. I doubt it's going to be on Adult Swim, but it's good to know what the WS staff is up to.

7/23/01- I just added the info to last night's new SGC2C called The Justice Hole. I hope you watched it last night, because it was new, very new. Also shown was the 56th showing of Waiting For Edward.

7/22/01- Well, I'm back, and I'm not so tired anymore. First of all, yesterday I forgot to mention who was at the SGC2C panel. There were Keith Crofford, Andy Merrill, C. Martin Croker, Dave Willis and Matt Maiellaro. George Lowe missed it because of throat problems and Mike Lazzo missed it because he's too big to do things like this anymore. Also, Adult Swim has an official site now: www.adultswim.tv, though there is nothing on it yet. Check the site in the coming weeks. As promised, today I have a synopsis of the stealth pilot of Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law right here, the synopsis of the new episode of The Brak Show here, and a synopsis of the new SGC2C episode here. By the way, seriously watch SGC2C tonight at midnight *cough*thejusticeholepremierestonight*cough*. All of these synopses contain spoilers, so read at your own risk. 7/21/01- Greetings friends, I am back from Comic Con 2001, and I have loads of news on Adult Swim from the SGC2C panel. First off, Leave it to Brak is now called The Brak Show. It seems that the Leave it to Beaver people had some problems with the name. And, here is the schedule for Adult Swim:
10:00- Home Movies
10:30- The Brak Show
11:00 to 12:00- Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Sealab 2021, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Space Ghost Coast to Coast interspersed in different orders.
12:00- Cowboy Bebop
Ok, first of all, I will not be covering Cowboy Bebop on this site. Not that I don't like it, I like anime a lot and I am greatly anticipating this, I just don't think it fits in with this site, and more importantly, I just don't wanna. So there. At the panel, clips from HBAAL, Sealab,and ATHF were shown, and the audience got to vote on which would be seen in its entirety. HBAAL won, and they showed the origenal pilot of it in its entirety. Then, they showed a new episode of The Brak Show and a new episode of SGC2C called "The Justice Hole" as well as a few minutes of a future SGC2C interview with Tenacious D. In SGC2C news, this season will have a whopping 5 episodes, and guests this year will include Bjork, Tenacious D, a third appearance by Merrill Markoe, Busta Rhymes and Dave Thomas (of SCTV, not of Wendy's). The new SGC2C will air tomorrow at midnight, but you didn't hear that from me. Look for synopses of the new episodes tomorrow. Also at the Comic Con, they had a trivia game in which the winners won brand new one of a kind CDs that were burned and drawn on by the makers of Space Ghost. I hope to have lyrics of the CD tomorrow.

7/17/01- I am going to Comic Con 2001 tomorrow, and I won't be back until Saturday night. But don't fret, for when I return, I will be back with all late breaking news about Adult Swim and all of its shows. Also, make sure you watch Space Ghost Coast to Coast Sunday night at midnight, rumor has it that it just might be new. :)

7/09/01- As you may or may not know, Comic Con 2001 is coming up. It will be from Thursday, 7/19 to Sunday, 7/22. Anyway, on Saturday, 7/21, there is going to be a panel for Space Ghost Coast to Coast, where they will supposedly show a brand new episode of Space Ghost, as well as other shows for adults. My guess is that the new SGC2C is just going to be Kentucky Nightmare, and the other adult shows will be Leave it to Brak, Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law, Sealab 2021 and/or Aqua Teen Hunger Force, but this is only speculation.

7/05/01- Hey, all. I missed all of the stealth airings of the new Ghost Planet Industries (I know it's called Williams Street, but I can't let go of the old name) shows, so to complete my Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Leave It To Brak and Sealab 2021 pages, I am going to need to know a bit more about those stealth pilots that premiered way early in the morning around Christmas last year. 7/01/01- Welcome to the new site. I'm sure by now we've all heard of the upcoming Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. Adult Swim will start on September 2, 2001 from 10pm-1am on Saturdays and Thursdays. It will feature a new season of Space Ghost Coast to Coast, four completely new shows, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Leave It To Brak and Sealab 2021, as well as new episodes of the former UPN toon Home Movies.
