Downtown Rail Reconstruction Project
After nearly 30 years, RTD is investing in its oldest rail infrastructure to ensure the long-term integrity of the network. The first phase of the full-depth reconstruction project in downtown Denver concluded on August 29, 2024. Reconstruction work on the project’s subsequent phases will resume in 2025.
